Notes from chairs, not a wall of five stars.

We publish what people actually sent after studio close, including the mild complaints. Attribution formats vary because people asked to be named differently.

“The recency-weighting week in Resonance Ledger made our wallet team retire a score we had defended for two years. I still think the warehouse homework overran — we needed a dedicated analyst, not a PM with weekend access — but the critique ritual is now on our Monday agenda.”

Quiet Frequency showed me that help-centre search was a better loyalty hint than our homepage scroll depth. I work from Chiang Mai and joined remotely; the Bangkok evening was optional and I skipped it.

Bandcraft was tighter than I expected. We left with three scorebands and one we deliberately refused to automate. Would have liked a fourth afternoon on lifecycle copy, which they do not cover.

We came in with a hotel loyalty score that mixed stay recency with app opens. After Drift Watch, the commercial team still quotes the old number in sales decks. The studio cannot fix internal politics, and they said as much in week one.

A regional wallet stops treating push opens as loyalty

The squad arrived with a composite that gave equal weight to bill payment, balance checks, and push opens. After the signal inventory, push opens were struck. The new score looked “worse” for six weeks because a campaign-heavy segment dropped bands. Finance noticed. The PM used the six-sentence defence from module six rather than restoring the old weight.

Limitation they still live with: the warehouse job that rebuilds the score runs nightly, not hourly, so lifecycle triggers lag. Vault Routecore did not offer to rewrite that job.

A media subscription refuses to automate the middle band

A Thai-language news app had three bands and a weekly email for all of them. During Bandcraft they kept High and At-risk automated, and moved the middle band to a human editor’s list. Open rates fell; paid retention over a quarter did not. The editor still complains that the list arrives as a spreadsheet, which the intensive never promised to replace.

They later joined Drift Watch to check whether festival traffic was inflating High. It was.
