Signal inventory
List every event that could enter the score. Strike anything that only flatters the roadmap. Guest chairs from a Bangkok super-app share one inventory they later regretted.
Flagship · 11 weeks · Bangkok
An Engagement Score Analytics studio for people who must design, weight, and defend a composite score in front of colleagues who do not live in SQL.
Product managers, lifecycle leads, and analysts who already ship some kind of engagement number and can feel it wobble. You should be comfortable reading a query result, even if you do not write production SQL. You do not need a statistics degree.
If your company only allows Mixpanel’s or Amplitude’s built-in engagement score and will not export events, much of the weighting work will stay conceptual. We say that before you pay, not after week four.
Modules
List every event that could enter the score. Strike anything that only flatters the roadmap. Guest chairs from a Bangkok super-app share one inventory they later regretted.
Replace “this feels important” with documented weights. You will defend why recency is not automatically king, especially around Thai festival calendars.
Work the users who neither churn loudly nor light up the dashboard. Most composite scores punish this group by accident.
Design bands that a lifecycle team can operate. Each band needs an owner, a trigger, and a condition that stops the machine.
Practice a monthly check. You will simulate a silent feature launch and watch last quarter’s “highly engaged” definition expire.
Six-sentence defence, no slide theme. Country managers and finance partners sit in on one rehearsal.
Who may change a weight? What gets logged? How do you notice when a score quietly disadvantages a region or a language?
You present. Two visiting chairs and faculty try to break the logic. The week after, we run the optional drift-watch return.
Faculty
Principal tutor. Former lifecycle lead at a Bangkok super-app, where she inherited an engagement score that mixed payment recency with push opens and called the blend “loyalty.” She spent two years taking that number apart. At Vault Routecore she runs Resonance Ledger and the monthly alumni evening.
Office hours in Thai and English. She does not grade dashboards; she grades whether your definition survived a user story.
THB 48,500 per chair for the 2026 season, exclusive of VAT where applicable. Includes critique day, the drift-watch invitation, and alumni evening access. Does not include travel, hotel, data-platform licences, or internal analyst time. There is no checkout here — see seat memos and refunds.
Twelve chairs. When the room is full we open a wait list for the next Bangkok cycle.
Week three forced us to drop push opens from the wallet score. I argued for keeping them. I lost, correctly. The critique day still felt abrupt — two visiting chairs and very little small talk.

Clearer than any internal workshop we ran. Warehouse access was on us; they warned us. Would not enrol a junior without a senior sitting alongside.
No. Resonance Ledger does not teach you to rebuild a pipeline, choose a warehouse, or implement streaming. You still need warehouse access — or the sample dataset — and a product owner who will live with the definition. If your engineering queue is frozen, the artefacts will be conceptual. That is a real limitation of the course, not a footnote.
Live sessions run from the Nongkhaem desk and online in the same cohort. Critique day can be attended remotely. House Vault teams sometimes host a half-day on-site in Bangkok; that is priced separately.
We do not. If your company only uses a platform’s default engagement score, we will still teach weighting and bands, but you may not be able to implement every exercise inside that UI.
English for lectures and critique. Thai-language office hours with Arunwadee are available every other week.
Send the product and the engagement question that currently fails in the room. We reply within two working days with the next cycle dates. No payment is taken through this form.
