The house

A small studio that treats engagement as something you can audit.

Vault Routecore began as a critique circle for analysts in Bangkok who were tired of shipping “engagement scores” that collapsed under a single product question. We still run that circle. The courses grew around it.

Mission

We exist so teams in Thailand and the wider region can publish an engagement number that a sceptical colleague can reconstruct. That means naming every input, recording every weight change, and refusing scores that only work inside one vendor’s default report.

We are not a software vendor. We do not resell a platform. Students leave with artefacts: a signal inventory, a scoreband memo, and a drift-watch calendar they can take back to their own warehouse.

Pedagogy

Each studio week has three beats. First, a short lecture with a single worked example from a consumer app. Second, a silent desk hour on your own product. Third, a critique where another chair has to retell your score without looking at your notebook.

We grade neither quizzes nor dashboards. Faculty look for whether your definition of engagement survived contact with a real user story. If it did not, we rewind. That can feel slow. It is intentional.

Community

Alumni keep a quiet ledger, not a noisy forum.

After a cohort closes, chairs may join a monthly Bangkok evening — sometimes at the Nongkhaem desk, sometimes near a BTS stop when the room is full. People bring one slide and one doubt. There is no leaderboard.

We keep the group small on purpose. If you need a large peer network or daily chat energy, this house will feel too spare. Several alumni have said that spareness is why they stay.

Student journey

From first email to a score you can defend

01 · Seat memo

You write two paragraphs: the product, and the engagement question that currently embarrasses the team. We reply with a programme fit, not a brochure.

02 · Studio weeks

Live sessions in English, with optional Thai-language office hours. Homework lives in your warehouse or a sample dataset we provide if access is blocked.

03 · Critique day

You present the score to faculty and two visiting chairs. The test is whether a non-analyst can repeat the logic without the chart.

04 · Drift watch

Six weeks after close, we invite you back for a short check on whether the bands still match the product. Attendance is optional; most flagship chairs come.

Visit the desk or write first.

The office sits in Nongkhaem. Appointments are by arrangement; we do not run a walk-in reception.
